Icers

Icers are one of the strongest fighters in the universe. They are born with a power level higher most people fear to imagine. They are there for a very snide and egotistical race. They have the constant problem of underestimating there opponent. While not stupid they are a bit short in the wisdom department. They can proceed through 4 phases of transformation and with each there power level increases substantially. They have the ability to travel through space and so have a large tolerance for both extreme heat, cold, and lack of oxygen.
